Responsibilities:

- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, and addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Adhere to local food safety regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
