Job Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and manage the front desk area.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and team members.
- Document Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain files, and ensure all documents are properly organized.
