Job Description:

We are urgently hiring Mushroom Pickers to join our farm team in Canada. This role involves harvesting, sorting, and packing mushrooms in a fast-paced agricultural environment. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be physically fit and willing to work in greenhouse or farm settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking mushrooms by hand according to size and quality standards
• Sorting, weighing, and packing mushrooms for distribution
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the working area
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of harvested mushrooms
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Following safety and health regulations on the farm
• Assisting with general farm duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• No previous experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a greenhouse or indoor farming environment
• Comfortable working in varying temperature and humidity conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
