- Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions, applications, and communications to ensure compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, immigration studies, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in immigration consultancy would be an asset.
- Proven experience working as an Immigration Consultant, preferably with a focus on skilled worker immigration to Canada.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and programs relevant to skilled workers.
- Familiarity with immigration application processes, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in using immigration software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ethical and professional conduct, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding ethical standards as per industry guidelines.
