Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial assessments of client profiles to determine their eligibility for immigration to Canada as skilled workers.
  2. Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients on immigration options, programs, and requirements based on their unique circumstances.
  3. Prepare and review immigration applications, supporting documents, and forms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to immigration regulations.
  4. Liaise with government authorities, immigration officials, and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of clients to facilitate the immigration process.
  5. Stay updated with the latest changes in Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide clients with accurate and current information.
  6. Offer continuous support to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions, applications, and communications to ensure compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in law, immigration studies, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in immigration consultancy would be an asset.
  2. Proven experience working as an Immigration Consultant, preferably with a focus on skilled worker immigration to Canada.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and programs relevant to skilled workers.
  4. Familiarity with immigration application processes, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  6. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
  7. Proficient in using immigration software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Ethical and professional conduct, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding ethical standards as per industry guidelines.
