Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:

- Guest Satisfaction and Service Excellence:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service quality throughout all departments.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring revenue and expense targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
- Optimize revenue streams by exploring new business opportunities and promoting effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in all areas, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Implement and improve operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team that embodies the hotel’s vision and values.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among staff members.
Qualifications:
- Valid work permit visa to work in Canada (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
