Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hotel industry is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of visa sponsorship processes and requirements for international candidates.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available for visa sponsorship in 2023.
