Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Four Seasons Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, orderly, and inviting, upholding the superior standards that Four Seasons is known for.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas in a timely and efficient manner.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
- Dust, polish, and vacuum all surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Inspect rooms for damage or items needing repair and report any issues to maintenance.
- Provide exemplary customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are used and maintained properly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely turnover of rooms.
