Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planting, trimming, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, weeding, and mulching.
- Assist with hardscape installations, including laying sod, installing walkways, and building retaining walls.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure that work sites are kept clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
