Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budgets, and preferences.
- Develop and present detailed event proposals, including themes, layouts, schedules, and vendor recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, decorations, and transportation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Create and manage detailed budgets for each event, ensuring costs are aligned with client expectations.
- Oversee event set-up, execution, and tear-down, addressing any last-minute changes or challenges.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process, providing updates and handling inquiries.
