  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on agency coordination.

Working Environments:

  • Collaborative office environment at Waitrose headquarters in London.
  • Interaction with various internal departments and external employment agencies.
