Position Summary:
As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our passengers during their flights. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with onboard procedures, and uphold British Airways’ reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome passengers aboard the aircraft and assist them with finding their seats.
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and provide safety instructions to passengers.
- Serve food, beverages, and other amenities to passengers during the flight.
- Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor the cabin for any safety or security issues and take appropriate action if necessary.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly passengers, and individuals with disabilities.
- Work closely with the flight crew to ensure the smooth operation of the flight.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
