Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and executives.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including arranging training sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll processing.
Qualifications/Skills

Education and Experience Requirements
