Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dry cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Inspect garments to determine the appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals required for each fabric.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning processes, ensuring garments are cleaned and pressed to customer satisfaction.
