Job Description
We are looking for a vigilant and dedicated Hotel Security Officer to join our team at Four Seasons Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property, maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Food Preparation and Kitchen Tasks
While the primary focus of this role is security, the Security Officer may occasionally be required to assist in the kitchen during emergencies to ensure smooth hotel operations. Tasks could include basic food preparation and maintaining order in the kitchen area.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and addressing any concerns.
- Assist guests with directions and information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle guest complaints or incidents with professionalism and efficiency.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
