As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within our properties in Qatar. You will work closely with hotel management to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote employee engagement and retention.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and company standards
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee benefits enrollment
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
