Position Summary:

As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our passengers during their flights. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with onboard procedures, and uphold British Airways’ reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome passengers aboard the aircraft and assist them with finding their seats.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and provide safety instructions to passengers.
  • Serve food, beverages, and other amenities to passengers during the flight.
  • Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor the cabin for any safety or security issues and take appropriate action if necessary.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly passengers, and individuals with disabilities.
  • Work closely with the flight crew to ensure the smooth operation of the flight.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
