Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received.
- Unload and inspect goods for damage or defects.
- Safely store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately record inventory transactions using computerized systems.
- Pick and pack orders for distribution according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipping documents and arrange transportation for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
