- Assist with daily routines, including mealtime, bathing, and dressing.
- Monitor children’s health and administer medications or first aid when necessary.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and well-being.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning, respect, and cooperation among children.
- Encourage the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills through interactive and educational activities.
- Organize and participate in outings, field trips, and recreational activities.
- Provide appropriate discipline and guidance in accordance with parents’ instructions and established guidelines.
- Ensure a clean and organized environment by tidying up after activities and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Child Caregiver or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and their families.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Clear criminal background check and vulnerable sector screening.
