- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times, including proper food handling, storage, and labeling.
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, notifying the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Food Counter Attendant or in a similar customer service role within the food industry is required.
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques, as well as familiarity with various types of food service equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and friendly manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items when necessary.
