- Front Desk: Handle incoming calls, make reservations, manage check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Concierge: Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to guests, including arranging transportation, booking tickets, and providing information about local attractions and events.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote hotel services, packages, and promotions to guests, maximizing revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating various events, such as meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are an asset).
